Returns Policy
Carribbean-Connection.com will return or exchange any unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise by mail or at our store location. Merchandise must be in its original packaging and/or with all the original tags attached.
Returns made within 30 days of the original purchase date will be refunded to the original form of payment. Returns made after 30 days of the original purchase date will be issued a store credit. Returns or exchanges will not be made after 60 days of the original purchase date. Please include a copy of your packing slip with all returns or exchanges.
Non-refundable Items
We cannot accept any returns or exchanges on body jewelry, earrings, hair accessories, opened makeup, underwear or final sale items.
Return Shipping
We offer free returns and exchanges. Please allow 2-3 weeks from the time we receive your return for it to be processed. All returns are shipped via standard USPS mail.
To receive a pre-paid and pre-addressed return shipping label, email us with the reason for returning, your order number, and any other pertinent details at contact@carribbean-connection.com.

2-Day shipping arrives no later than 2-3 business days. Pricing is determined by the weight of order and location.
Next Day shipping arrives no later than 1-2 business days. Pricing is determined by the weight of order and location.
Orders are shipped via Standard USPS service unless you select an expedited shipping method. The delivery options refer to the delivery time frame only. We try to get most orders ready for shipping within one day of ordering, but some orders may take additional time. Please allow an additional 24-72 hours to process your order for shipping. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Free Shipping
Orders over $50 are not charged a shipping fee. Taxes and gift cards do not count toward the free shipping total. Orders qualifying for free shipping are shipped via Standard USPS service.
